  5.              The Sample Disk contains all the completed Lessons from the
  6.              Manual "BABY-STEPS TO DOS" (DOS, Batch Files, Color Codes).
  7.              These same Lessons appear on the Book/Disk,
  8.              Disk #1 (Unregistered version), and on Disk #2
  9.              the (Registered version).
  10.              
  11.              The Sample Disk is used as a reference when writing Batch Files
  12.              from the Lessons in the Manual or on the Book/Disks.
  13.              The Sample Disk shows how your Batch Files look and execute
  14.              when you complete all the Lessons on Batch Files.

  16.              A copy of the Sample Disk is furnished FREE when you purchase
  17.              a Registered copy of the:
  18.              fl  "Baby-Steps To DOS" (DOS, Batch Files, Color Codes).

  24.                 fl  Turn on computer
  25.                 fl  Insert Sample disk into disk drive A: or B:
  26.                 fl  At the A:\> or B:\> prompt type:
  27.                 fl  GO       <Then press <Enter key>.
  28.                 fl  A Menu is displayed showing what is in the 12 Function keys.

  30.        ¿ƒƒ  PRESS F3 KEY TO DISPLAY ANOTHER MENU ABOUT DOS COMMANDS
  31.                 fl  Press <ESC> key to return to first Menu.

  33.        ¿ƒƒ  HOW TO USE COLOR CODES
  34.                 fl  Press F7....screen changes to white letters on a blue
  35.                    background....Press F8 screen changes colors to yellow
  36.                    letters on a red background.

  38.        ¿ƒƒ  HOW TO MIX TEXT AND SCREEN COLORS  (One color at a time)
  39.                 fl  Press Y  for yellow letters   <Press Enter key>.
  40.                 fl  Press RB for red background           "

  46.                 fl  Do Not press <ENTER> key.
  47.                 fl  Press SPACEBAR one time, for one space.
  48.                 fl  Then type BB for blue background...like this:

  52.                 fl  The screen will display white letters a on blue screen.
  53.                 fl  You can use any combination of color codes as outlined
  54.                    on the Book/Disks or in the Manual.
